the distillery experience

You'll learn about the history of the building, our local partners, the distilling process, barrel-aging, and bottling. Each tour is followed with a tasting of our available spirits.
​
Our tours guides have dedicated many hours to training on our processes. Each tour roughly lasts an hour on average. For this reason, we require that guests register for tours in advance online. Unfortunately, we do not offer tours on a walk-in basis.
