DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Greg oversees production, finances, compliance, and inventory systems.
Greg holds a BA from Butler University, an MA from the University of Notre Dame, and a PBA from Indiana University.
Alison coordinates events, handles donation requests, manages retail inventory, and schedules tours and tastings.
Alison has a Hospitality Management degree from Purdue Fort Wayne and is CPR Certified.
Pat is responsible for overseeing all product developments, including: mashes, fermentations, distillations, barreling, blending, quality control, and product development.
VP OF RETAIL OPERATIONS
Katy oversees retail operations at the distillery, including tours, merchandise, events, and the Bar & Kitchen.
Katy holds a BA in Political Science from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN.
David manages the Kitchen & Bar and private rental events in the distillery.
David has a background in Nursing and over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
Marla oversees all distillery operations, leading near-term and long-term goals and strategies.
Marla holds a BS in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY.
Dale is responsible for our kitchen and food experience. He is also the man behind your house-made dog treats at the distillery. Dale has experience that spans from food trucks to fine dining.
Matt is responsible for production management, scheduling, ordering, facility wellness, and equipment maintenance.
Matt is a licensed electrician in the State of Indiana.
