VP OF OPERATIONS

GREG BERCAW

Greg oversees production, finances, compliance systems.

 

Greg holds a BA from Butler University, an MA from the University of Notre Dame, and a PBA from Indiana University. 

RETAIL COORDINATOR

ALISON MILLION

Alison coordinates events, handles donations, and schedules tours and tastings.

 

Alison has a Hospitality degree from Purdue Fort Wayne and is CPR Certified.

VP OF RETAIL OPERATIONS

KATY SILLIMAN

Katy oversees retail operations at the distillery, including tours, merchandise, events, and the Bar & Kitchen.

 

Katy holds a BA in Political Science from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN.

MASTER DISTILLER

Pat is responsible for overseeing all products, including: mashes, fermentations, distillations, barreling, blending, quality control, and the development of new spirits.

RESTAURANT GM

KELLY MAAHS

Kelly manages the restaurant kitchen and bar, along with private events in the distillery lounge and patio. 

 

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Indiana University.

PRESIDENT

MARLA SCHNEIDER

Marla oversees all distillery operations, leading near-term and long-term goals and strategies. 

 

Marla holds a BS in IT from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY.

PRODUCTION MANAGER

matt swygart

Matt is responsible for production management, scheduling, ordering, facility wellness, and equipment maintenance. 

Matt is a licensed electrician in the State of Indiana.
