artisan series spirits

Our Artisan Series spirits allow us to play in the grey space and test out products that we want to release on a smaller scale. All of our Artisan Series spirits are developed in very small batches and are available for limited release and can only be purchased in the distillery's bottle shop. The Artisan Series spirits are not available at retail stores with the exception of Hint of Jala'. 

Hint of Jala Jalapeno Flavored Vodka Bottles Side by Side

HINT OF JALA' VODKA

A jalapeño flavored vodka that has a medium spice. Made from a combination of raw and charred jalapeños, you'll find a round smokey flavor that will give your Bloody Mary a kick or spice up your fruity cocktail. Can be shipped to select states, just click the photo!

CORN SNAKE CORN WHISKEY

100% Indiana-grown corn aged in used Bourbon Whiskey barrels. The nose has tones of cedar, apple, and subtle vanilla. The finish is a sweet vanilla on this corn-forward mellow whiskey.

WILLIAM OF WALLACE SINGLE MALT WHISKEY

Made with traditional grains and peat smoked grains imported from Scotland. Fermented with a well-known yeast traditionally used in Scotch and aged two years in a used bourbon barrel.

Cake Stand Bourbon Whiskey Side by side bottles

CAKE STAND BOURBON

A celebration bourbon whiskey in honor of our third birthday. This bourbon has a traditional mash bill and was aged for over 12 months in 15 gallon casks. It does not contain cake, but we've tested it and Cake Stand pairs very well with cake, cupcakes, and pies.

Engine 765 Rye Whiskey Bottle

ENGINE 765 RYE WHISKEY

Our 'Engine 765 Rye Whiskey' is made from 80% rye grain and 20% smoked wheat grain, layering in those subtle smokey notes. This rye whiskey is a tribute to the Nickel Plate Road steam locomotive no. 765 housed in New Haven, IN by the Fort Wayne Railroad Historical Society. For every bottle sold, $2 will be donated to the FWRHS.

Centlivre Malt WHiskey

CENTLIVRE MALT WHISKEY

 

This is a distiller's beer whiskey. The mash was created with barley, honey malt, brown roasted malt, along with other grains used in beer mashing. The closest style of beer to this mash is a Brown Ale. Fermented with a yeast specifically selected for its single malt fermentation characteristics. No hops were used in the process. This mash was aged in new oak barrels for one year and then transferred to used Stout and Scottish Ale barrels for seven months of finishing.

KRAMPUS OWL BLENDED WHISKEY

 

These are all barrels containing different experiments we have done through out the years. In the case of Krampus, we have blended rye whiskey which is responsible for the big fruit aromas on the nose. The bourbon we blended really brings the big caramel flavors to life. The backbone of the flavor comes from the whiskey from a bourbon mash, which brings all of the chocolate and coffee roast to the whiskey. A very interesting flavor by itself, but blended into whiskey it brings out the taste of the holidays.

Four Dog Whiskey

What we like to consider a "strong natural breakfast whiskey". Made with Bluffton Indiana Corn, Bluffton Indiana Red Fife Wheat, Canadian Malted Barley, and Golden Naked Oats. Heavy aromatics of Honey, Brown Sugar, Oatmeal and Rich Maple Wood
