  • 2 oz Lakeside Gin

  • .75 oz simple syrup

  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1 egg white

  • Dry shake ingredients for 60 secs, then add ice, shake again

  • Double-strain into glass over ice, top with 1 oz soda

  • 1.5 oz Lakeside Gin

  • .5 oz fresh lemon juice

  • .5 oz simple syrup

  • Build in shaker over ice and add cucumber and mint

  • Shake and double strain into a coupe

  • Garnish with cucumber, lemon twist, and mint
