Grain to Bottle

Provide your corn and turn it into Bourbon Whiskey! Visit our production facility for each stage of the process. Turn your grains into whiskey to share with friends and colleagues.

Our Distillery

We are Fort Wayne's 1st legal distillery since prohibition.

TRDC is a 14,000 square foot facility located in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana with a warehouse, bar & kitchen, and patio.

We produce Vodkas, Rum, Gin, Bourbon, Rye Whiskey, Coffee Liqueur, and Moonshine.

Timeline

Sign agreement and provide payment.

We special order your barrel.

The barrel is yours to keep after your product is bottled!

Mash Bill Selection

500 pounds of your corn blended with Yerks Distillery Wheat or Rye to create your specialty, Bourbon.

2 weeks before Production

Deliver corn with 15% moisture content to Yerks Seed.

Your corn! Your hard work and ours combined to make your unique Craft Bourbon Whiskey.

 

Production and Barreling of Product

Taste the hearts as they come off the still.

Hammer the bung in to seal your Whiskey away to let the barrel work its magic.

Join us for as much or as little of the process as you'd like.

 

12 months after Barreling

Tasting and Q&A with our Master Distiller Get your first taste of the aged product and discuss how your final packaging will look.

23 months after Barreling

Tasting to determine if it is ready to bottle. We like to say that the barrel decides when the whiskey is ready, but we can only know if we try it!

Bottling

Approximately 2 Years after Barreling

Join us for bottling where you can personally cork and initial every bottle.

Invite your friends and family to join in the fun!

While you're here, don't forget to pay a visit to our restaurant!

 

Costs

$3,600 for 36 Bottles

$1,200 deposit due at start to reserve your barrel

(option to purchase extra bottles at additional cost)
